"There is plenty of research showing that cancer thrives in an acidic environment, and doesn't survive in an normal, more alkaline environment. Cancer cells make your body even more acidic as they produce lactic acid. So if you have cancer, your pH levels are low and your body is too acidic.
Taking action to make your body more alkaline is vital in the battle against cancer. Unfortunately...
The majority of the foods and drinks we consume are acidic, such as meat, grains and sugar, with colas and other soft drinks being highly acidic. So unless you have been eating a very healthy diet, full of fresh fruit and vegetables, your body is way too acidic, creating a very good environment for cancer to grow in."-From Cancer Fighting Strategies

1) Vitamin C (shown to fight cancer with intravenous delivery).
2) Colloidal Silver (kills all bacteria, virus, fungus, and yeast, which may be an underlying cause of cancer).
3) Zeolite (activates the P21 gene that tells the cancer cells to die like normal cells). While some evidence suggests that powders are better, the link below to Get Healthy Again has a special liquid Zoelite product that is recommended by Cancer Fighting Strateges.
4) CoQ-10 (shown in 1961 to be lacking in cancer patients, it helps deliver oxygen to the inside of your cells).
5) MSM (has other health benefits, but is used here mainly as a catalyst to help other substances cross into the cells).
6) Oxy-E (oxygenates your cells, which cancer hates; cancer likes a low oxygen, high acid environment).
7) Elemental pH (corrects a high acid environment in your body by delivering tiny pieces of electrically charged calcium to your cells).
8) Blue-Green Algae (repairs your mitochondria by providing replacement enzymes, also provides all the minerals needed for your body).
9) U-Fn 35% Kombu concentrate (activates a gene that tells cancer cells to digest themselves by releasing enzymes).
10) PapayaPro enzymes (papaya powder contains protease, which helps to break down the fibrin coating of all cancerous tumors).
11) Probiotics (good intestinal bacteria, which are linked with healthy immune response).
(Note: Vitamin D-3 has been shown to help prevent colorectal cancer, but only when taken in doses more than 2,000 International Units (IUs) per day, the current RDA upper limit. The latest research shows that taking 4,000 - 5,000 IUs of vitamin D-3 per day provides a great variety of health benefits, including cancer prevention.)
Two of the 11 recommended supplements, Zeolite and U-fucoidan, should probably be taken by all people diagnosed with cancer. Zeolite is very impressive; in one study, it cured over 78% of the people (with mostly stage 4 cancers) over a 14 month period; and if U-fucoidan is placed in a test tube with cancer cells (of any kind), it makes the cancer cells digest themselves within 72 hours, and doesn't touch the surrounding healthy cells. You can buy Vitamin C and Colloidal Silver online from The Vitamin Shoppe, as well as from many other suppliers. All of the rest of the recommended supplements can be purchased online from Get Healthy Again, other on-line suppliers, and many supplement stores.
The website Cancer Fighting Strategies may be the single best on-line resource for anyone seeking information about natural, "cures," for cancer. They have pages of information on almost every supplement recommended above, including Zeolite and U-fucoidan. Note: their site has, "Eleven Strategies," this is not the same as the, "11 Supplements," above. Each of their strategies focuses on an underlying condition (low oxygen, high acid, etc.) and each strategy contains many recommended products that have been shown to be effective.

The 5% Animal-Based Protein Limit (6-18-2110)
In The China Study (2006), Campbell and Campbell clearly show from rat studies that eating more than 5% of your total diet from animal-based foods produces mutant cells and cancer, when exposed to even small amounts of a known, "carcinogen," but diets under 5% animal-based protein and diets that are entirely plant-based (Vegan) do not produce mutant cells, and do not produce cancer, even when exposed to high levels of a, "carcinogen."
Why is carcinogen in quotes? Because if there were truly carcinogens in the world, they would mutate cells and produce cancer regardless of diet, but they do not. If there is any carcinogen in the world, it is animal-based proteins over 5% of total diet.
For an average American eating 2,000 calories per day, 5% is only 25 grams of animal-based protein, or about 3 ounces of meat or cheese per day. The standard American diet often includes at least 25 grams of animal-based protein per meal, and often totals 14% - 20% animal-based protein per day, which produces mutated cells and cancer when exposed to, "carcinogens." Switching to a 5% or less animal-based protein diet will also halt any cancer that is developing, so the best plan for your family is to only eat a small portion of meat, poultry, fish, dairy, or eggs 2 or 3 times a week, and all of your other meals should be entirely plant-based, or simply make all of your meals entirely plant-based, which is easier than counting grams of protein.

Cheeseburgers, Cancer, and Meditation (2/22/2110)
Eating, "too many cheeseburgers," is not only bad for cholesterol numbers, but is also, “high risk behavior,” for cancer, according to one of the world's leading researchers on stem cells, Doris Taylor, ph.D., director of the Center for Cardiovascular Repair at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Dr Taylor and her colleges at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis are famous for growing embryonic stem cells for a rat heart in another rat’s dead heart that they had washed out and connected to nutrients, so they do know a lot about stem cells. Dr Taylor said in an NPR interview first aired in 2008 that while she can’t prove it yet, she will be working in the next few years to show that cancer cells are just stem cells that were copied after the telomeres fell off the end of the genetic strand, and that meditation lengthens telomeres. Listen to the interview here.
Every part of your body has stem cells, and each time a cell is damaged in your heart, for example, a new cell must be made to replace it, and so a stem cell for the heart (that is in the heart tissue) is made to replace the damaged cell of the heart, a liver stem cell makes another liver cell, a skin stem cell makes a replacement skin cell. Dr Taylor says that we all have billions of stem cells throughout our bodies, we have them in our bone marrow, skin, liver, heart, lungs, etc. The problem is that each time a copy is made to replace a damaged cell, the end cap of the genetic strand (called the telomere) gets shorter, and then another cell is damaged, and it makes another copy and the end cap gets even shorter.
When it gets too small, the end cap falls off of the DNA double helix, and if a copy is made to replace a damaged cell now, Dr Taylor says that she believes that it makes a cancer cell. She says that both stem cells and cancer cells have the ability to move anywhere they want and to make new cells of any kind.
The difference is that stem cells with intact telomeres are part of the team, they follow orders and do what they are told. Cancer cells have all of the abilities of a stem cell, but they don’t follow orders and they don’t make the kind of cells they were created to make. For example, in the liver, a copy of a liver stem cell with its telomere fallen off (called a cancer cell) might make skin cells if that’s all it can do, remember, it’s broken.
The bad news: so constantly abusing your cardiovascular system and digestive organs with, "too many cheeseburgers," causes them to have to replace cells more often, which can wear out the telomeres, which can lead to the variety of internal cancers we see today.
The good news: Dr Taylor stated quite clearly that while meditation has not yet been proven to lengthen telomeres, stress has been proven to shorten telomeres. This means that the following is a true statement. Since meditation eliminates stress, and stress shortens telomeres, and when telomeres get too short they fall off, and if Dr Taylor is right and this forms cancer cells, then meditation prevents cancer.
Being Overweight Causes Cancer.
"The importance of weight control, physical activity, and diet in cancer prevention: Evidence suggests that one-third of the more than 500,000 cancer deaths that occur in the United States each year can be attributed to diet and physical activity habits, including overweight and obesity..." - Excerpt taken from the 2008 American Cancer Society report.
The guidelines laid out in An Anti-Cancer Diet are designed to help anyone lose weight, as being overweight now accounts for as many cancer deaths per year as exposure to all tobacco products combined (in the U.S.). Since smoking cigarettes only accounts for a portion of all tobacco-related cancer deaths, this means that you now have a greater chance of getting cancer and dying just from eating the wrong foods, and being overweight or obese, than you do from smoking cigarettes.
As usual, the foods that are bad for you all share one thing in common, they are all animal products, either meat, dairy, or eggs. Avoiding these foods lowers your cancer risk by eliminating the acidic by-products formed in your body by digesting animal proteins. These foods have long been known to be the main cause of heart disease, but over the last decade or so, they are also turning out to be one of the main causes of prostate cancer, breast cancer, and many other kinds of cancer. The Talking Points of High-Fructose Corn Syrup.
Starting in September of 2008, a series of public relations ads were released that contain the new talking points of high-fructose corn syrup. It seems that many consumers have been making the choice to avoid products containing high-fructose corn syrup, and in an attempt to mold public opinion, millions of dollars have been spent to produce three television commercials, and millions more have been spent to air them.
The first commercial to air involves a young white couple having a romantic picnic at a park, and the lady offers the man a lick of her popsicle.
He says something like, “You don’t love me very much, do you?”
“Why?” she asks.
“Because that has high-fructose corn syrup in it.”
“And?”
“Well, you know what they say...” he stumbles, and then looks dumb.
“What?” she asks, “That it has the same calories as sugar? That it’s made from corn? That it has no artificial ingredients? And that it’s fine in moderation?”
The second commercial to air is set in a backyard birthday party at a black woman’s house. The item in question is some red drink in a gallon jug from the store. The dialog is basically the same, except a rude white lady starts with, “Ooh, you don’t care about the kids very much, do you?” After that, the commercial plays out pretty much the same, with the exact same dialogue for the talking points.
The third commercial shows two white teenagers sitting at a kitchen table, the older one is eating some standard breakfast cereal. The younger teenager says something like, “You don’t care about your body much, do you?” After that, it has the same basic dialogue, and the same four talking points.
Let’s look at the four talking points common to all three commercials.
1) That it has the same calories as sugar.
2) That it’s made from corn.
3) That it has no artificial ingredients.
4) And that it’s fine in moderation.
Number four is very revealing. It says that high-fructose corn syrup is, “fine in moderation.” Which means they are admitting that it is not fine if consumed in anything that could be deemed, “above moderation.”
According to the three television commercials, the average person will encounter high-fructose corn syrup in their breakfast cereal, at a birthday party in the red drink, and in the popsicle they have to cool down at the park. Is that moderation?
In fact, all name brand sodas and most packaged and boxed foods have had high-fructose corn syrup in them since the late 1970s in America, so consuming it in moderation is very difficult. The only way to consume high-fructose corn syrup in moderation is to avoid it in all the food you buy at the store to bring home, and then you will only consume it when you eat out, or drink a soda, or eat some junk food.
If you are old enough to remember the summer Coca-Cola introduced, “New Coke” took the original Coca-Cola away, and then brought it back later that summer under the name, “Coke Classic,” that was the summer that most sodas (and most canned and packaged foods) switched to using high-fructose corn syrup in America. It can only be good that thirty years later a public relations firm was hired to do damage control for high-fructose corn syrup. This shows that many consumers are avoiding products with high-fructose corn syrup, and millions of dollars have been spent on what can only be called slick propaganda ads.
High-fructose corn syrup is very refined, and can hit the bloodstream very quickly, which can result in big responding spikes in insulin. This could be linked with why, “adult onset diabetes,” has been striking people as young as in their teens in the last few decades in America. High-fructose corn syrup may also be linked to the increased rates of obesity in America over the last 30 years. Obesity rates began to rise in the 1980s after a few years of all name brand products switching over to high-fructose corn syrup.
According to the American Cancer Society, obesity and diet now account for as many cancer deaths per year as all forms of tobacco use combined in the United States. From an anti-cancer perspective, high-fructose corn syrup should be on the short list of things to avoid on the ingredient labels of food purchased at the grocery store.
1) Avoid high-fructose corn syrup.
2) Avoid MSG (which turns off the instinct to stop eating).
3) Avoid hydrogenated oils and partially hydrogenated oils.
